Default No Oil Pressure in '95 960

My daughter's 960 has been trouble free until it started getting an intermittant oil pressure warning light. Plenty of oil. Tried oil & filter change, no change. Couple days later, oil pressure light on. Checked with mechanical gauge, no pressure at all. Thought it was theoil pump, or perhaps the oil pump pressure relief piston. Pulled it an it all looks clean, smooth, and virtually new.

Now thinking maybe the oil pickup is clogged, cracked, broken, or dislodged.

Any thoughts, ideas, or suggestions???

Do you have to pull the motor to get that oil pan off?

Thanks in advance for your solutions &contributions to this puzzle.

I would say oil pan o-rings or pick up clogged.
No you don't have to pull the motor but you need to support it from the top and drop the front suspension.
Then you can slide the oil pan out.
