Just recently my outside temp gauge on my '97 960 started registering high temps (115 +) while driving under normal conditions. I know a high reading is normal when sitting still with the engine running in hot weather, but this is while driving on the highway. Clearly the gauge is giving a false reading because the engine temp gauge is reading normal. Any ideas what to check?
