Default passanger seat controls

All motions work on the power passenger seat except the front to back motor. It appears that when the switch is moved in either direction both terminals out to the motor are hot. Does this sounds familiar and how would I fix it?

There was a pen in the track up towards the front of the track that I removed but the seat is all the way back. I have a feeling something is crossed inside the control box. I have not had a chance to jump the motor to make sure its still good yet, but I did find that both of the wires out to the motor are hot if the switch is closed in either direction.

Maybe the motor went bad.
