Hi, all, I need some advice on Power Steering work on my old black beauty.

The car is in need of the high pressure hose, the one that is apparently attached to the bent-metal cooling line, so the shop wants to replace both (but will attempt to remove only the hose and spare me the other part).

Anyone attempt this R/R yourself? If so, how much time? I'm fairly adept, but need to get the car back to driveable soon.
