Hi,
I just bought my first Volvo a few weeks ago ('96 960 w/ 112k), so I apologize for my lack of knowledge about the cars. Sometimes when I start the car in the morning it takes a little while to actually start the engine...I usually have to coax it to idle by pushing on the gas a little bit. After that, though, it idles up and down a little bit but runs great a few minutes later. From what I've been researching on the forums maybe this is a dirty idle control valve. Maybe? Also, where is this? I've looked online and could not find any pictures of its location.

I can't pull one up right now but it's right at the throttle body.
