I have a 1996 960 that will occasionally start, but it will not shift out of park nor will the windows work. So I turn off the engine and restart and everything is back to normal. Is this a computer problem or an ignition issue or something totally different?

 

ignition switch, when problem comes back, turn ignition key just a hair towards off position.
