Which pulley broke?
Did it happen when it was running?
All the pulleys have the timing marks in them. But if you didn't set it up right before putting it back on then you might end up bending valves.

Unhappy actually I replaced the rollers

I see the three marks, two from the cam shaft and one from the crank shaft, my car was parked when I tried to start it and the roller that goes by the tensioner got broken at that time I tried to start it two times but it was not for too long my try was very short, I know the valves could bend but I want to start the car and see how much damage is on it to decide what to do, my BIG question is; when I set up the marks the crank shaft turns twice while the cram shaft turns ones;How can I know where is the right position for the mark on the crank shaft?

Speaking in terms it really should not matter. But make sure #1 piston is on it up stroke and the mark is lined up. The valves is what makes it the compression stroke or not.

As long as the piston is up and the mark is lined you should be right.

But I will bet the valves are bent.

Line the mark up at the closest to the top position.

Yes the timing marks do line up 100% to TDC they are just marks to make sure it is close.

Default crank shaft marks

when the Marks line up the piston is like one inch lower and when the piston is up the marks are like 2 or 2.5 inches away

Set it up that way and try to start it. But remember to turn it over by hand with the ratchet and extensions twice before trying to start it to make sure nothing hits.

Not sure if this will help you, but I tried to take decent pics of the timing marks on my B6304 when I did the timing belt.

If the link isn't visible enough, here it is again;

I just picked up a remanufactured head for $400 on ebay. It came from a company out of Florida. They have a website, but it was cheaper going through ebay. You might check them out before taking it to the junk yard. It's not that bad of a job. I am almost finished with mine.
