Used cars 1990 Volvo 760 Turbo Sedan.
Low beam headlights work intermitintly. Last night they both came on. (The low beams) and stayed on for about 15 minutes. Then I turned them off with the light switch two times and they come back on, but when I turned them off a third time, they would not turn on again.
In other occurrences, if the low beams come on, using the turn signal to actuate the high beams turns the high beams on, but turning the high beams off results in NO LOW BEAMS. I am getting power to the fuse circuit board and have checked fuses with an ohmmeter. Any advice appreciated, except 1990 is to old! Help!
