Vacuum Tees & elbows
Okay, vacuum issues, While driving the other day. Under acceleration, the AC stops blowing. I imagine there is a vacuum pot somewhere and I have a leak somewhere that is keeping it from maintaining the vacuum level.
Where's the pot? Most logical leak site?

First off, dig behind the Glove box and trace the vacuum lines from vacuum actuators (behind driver's feet) to the vacuum controller (behind glove box). Maybe lines are dryrotten, elbows cracked.
Yet, I don't think there is a 960 without this issue. The other day someone else made the comment that adding a 2nd vacuum reservoir will fix the issue. Which means system was designed incorrectly, which I find hard to believe. Yet, logically it makes sense.
At WOT (wide-open throttle, i.e. acceleration) vacuum is at minimum, hence controller can't suck open the blend doors, and cold air blows thru bottom outlets.
Heck, one of these days I will add a 2nd reservoir and add it in series.
