Hello everybody!
I have a Volvo 760 GLE on gas,1983,automatic transmission.
Since 3 days ago it has a beeping signal that won't quit. I've tried everything I can think of.
Can you please help me with that?

You MUST have some idea where it's approximately coming from? Do you have any aftermarket ALARM that you know of?

When I open the door to go inside the car I hear the seatbelt warning-beeping; once I close the door that beeping doesn’t disappear; the sound of beeping it is just not so intense.
I really don’t know how to make that beeping disappear.
I do not have any alarm installed.

 

OK, so, it's the belt warning system then? Belt fastened, belt unfastened, any difference? When key is out of ignition, no sound, right? At any rate, you can have it disconnected, you yourself or a shop but they may object as it is a safety thing.
I personally haven't done but I am sure it is under the dash, just follow the sound and unplug it when you get to it.

 

You are perfectly right!It was the belt warning relay.
I've taken that outand I have no problems now!

Glad you got it solved... I have 1992 745, 1994 945 RIGHT NOW, but that constantly changes.
