thanks for the advice guys. I sent them to the mechanic but not sure he'll even read them.

The car's still in the shop and he (the mechanic) says he's leaning toward replacing the computer. I'm not sure that's the problem.

I know you said your getting spark but are you absolutely sure? My 94 850 NA stalled while going through the car wash and I had to push it to the side. Long story short, no voltage to Coil. Replaced the CRANK shaft pos sensor and it started immediately. Can't say the car wash had anything to do with it, just coincidence I thought, but since you mentioned how wet it's been ... who knows? I do know this, bad crank sensor, no spark period. My 2 cents .
