Hey all. I recently bought a 94 850 turbo with 245k on it. I have some issues. First, the car makes no boost at all. None. the turbo gauge needle sits before the first white line, and i i floor it it doesnt even make it into the black area. Second, the car will accelerate (slowly) to ~4500 rpm and then it feels like the engine stops. it is still accelerating but the "shove" is gone. when it reaches 5000rpm the car will shift in to next gear a little rough. The car will not rev past 5100 rpm even at WOT in sport mode. I have mechanical experience but this is driving me nuts lol. any help is appreciated. Let me know what i should check.

 

Check for boost leak.
Check for actuator rod still on the lever.
Check for play on turbo.
Check for torn CBV diaphragm.

In that order.
