Barely runs due to a cylinder blown and oil leak. What I want to know is an approximate dollar value if sold to someone interested in it or how much should I get if I scrap it?

 

Depends on the overall condition of the car if the interior and exterior and if its in great shape you might be ableTo get 500 for it. Youll also have to find a buyer, someone who knows volvos. Scarpyard might give 250-300. I guess if it were me i would post it for 600obo (good shape) and if not one bought i guess i would scrap it or part it out.

 

+1 I'd try to part it out but it may not be worth the hassle unless you don't mind doing a lot of part shipping. It may not be as bad since you live in a larger city.
