1995 Volvo 850 cranks no start
1995 basic 850 model made in late 1994, 230k miles.
I've been having no start that seems to have come from multiple problems. Initial symptoms: car gradually lost power delivery while driving, after 20-30 seconds it died when I gave some more gas. No fuel pressure at engine.
Replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel pump relay, now there is fuel pressure. I had already replaced fuel pump and relay 4 years ago. confirmed spark at ignition coil but didn't check at spark plugs but the plugs are all under 1yo. transfer hose on the fuel tank side of fuel pressure regulator is sheared through, haven't replaced it yet but its on my list. A new battery in there makes it turn over energetically but no catch.
No codes from any terminal except A3 giving 411, 413, 414, 421, 423, 444, 141, 142. Terminal A6 has voltage but doesn't get a response from ecu (light comes on when i press the button but no flashes in response). on A2 I tried to trigger the self-diagnosis function testing process with three presses; the light started flashing fast but i didn't hear any systems activating/deactivating. the led kept flashing fast for longer than 90 seconds, it kept going until I put the key to "off." In that self-diagnosis mode is the car supposed to activate those systems itself or do I need to be running the starter? I can't decide what this implies about the ecus. Should I now be looking toward one of the ecus? or something with timing/camshaft sensing? how would i determine which ecu?

there's also a fuel injector relay (gray box?) located up front by the radiator. Try giving that a few taps or try testing/bypassing. without that working, no pulses will go to the injectors so no fuel delivery...
