Default 1996 Volvo 850 GLT stalling when put in gear, please help

Hello all, I am in desperate need of some help in what direction to go in with my wagon, I for the last few weeks have had my car been stalling when put into gear, I have done a whole list of maintenance with the car and am desperately needing help in what direction to go with fixing this car.
Things I've changed:
  • New MAF
  • Cleaned Throttle Body and IAC
  • New ECT
  • New Thermostat
  • New Heater Core (unrelated to this issue)
  • New Fuel Filter
  • Checked Fuel pressure (35 PSI @ idle)
  • Checked Battery (Is in good health)
  • New Crankcase Breather Line
  • New Elbow line from breather into lower engine
  • New Vacuum line from breather into upper part of the engine near the sparks
  • New Idle control hose outlet
  • New Idle control hose Inlet
  • New Air intake hose
  • New TPS
  • New Throttle cable (snapped off the old one on accident)
Really needing some help with where to go next and as to what could be wrong with the car, it passes smoke tests with no vacuum leak anymore, it just stalls out when put into any drive gear or reverse as well as stalling when coming to a stop if you launch it to get it running. For context it is a 1996 Volvo 850 GLT non turbo, 4 speed automatic. Help would be appreciated.

When did you change the MAF compared to the all other tune-ups? I worked on a friends 850 NA wagon and he had gotten a cheap MAF in the midst of throwing a bunch of parts at the car to get it to run. In the end the new cheap MAF caused the car to stall when put into gear and idle poorly. You can hook up a code scanner to see if the O2 levels are wonky. In my instance they were spiking, then diving about every 5-7 seconds. If you have not tried it, unplug the MAF and see if it can get into gear. Itll run rough but shouldn't stall if everything else is up to snuff. Good luck!

I'm wondering if 35 PSI fuel pressure at idle is a bit lower than expected, possibly pointing to an issue with the pressure regulator or some yet to be found vacuum issue. My sense is you may have an idle fuel mix issue so capturing real time OBD data as noted by jolly is a good next step.

His issue has been solved. Very low and dirty trans fluid was the culprit.
