Hello everyone! I have a 93 850 glt that is stalling upon acceleration at times,while accelerating it is mostly gutless until 20-25 mph, it idles very rough and stalls when in gear at a stop but idles mostly fine ouit of gear. I replaced the MAF with an OEM part and that helped a lot but now it isn't throwing any codes and I don't know where to go from here. If anyone can help me with some input, I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance for your time in responding.

 

sounds like a fuel pump to me

 

Have you checked all the vacuume lines? Especially the ones near the idle valve near the throttle control.

 

How is the condition of the hose between the MAF and the throttle body? Any breaks or rips underneath?

 

Hi everyone! Thanks for responding and giving input, I appreciate it. I put an oem maf in and that fixed the problem, mostly. I had to learn the hard way not to use reman parts from autozone... I also put in a new oem rpm sensor and now it runs very well except for surging at stoplights until I put it in nuetral. Can't figure that out, it has me stumped.

That could be your Idle Air control valve..
