yeaterday i started my car to go get gas because was low ,car died,so i thought i had ran out of gas ,filled up with gas and still no start,when i turn key on the temp gauge goes up to halfwaymark and then shoots up to past red and then just drops,im afraid i messed up my fuel pump??when i take the fuse out its fine for fuel pump but when i put back in if my hand is on fuel line i can feel a rush of gas inside line,but when i crank it the rush of gas is not felt,can anybody help, has anyone seen this before???did i screw my car up from letting it run too low on gas?it cranks over no problem, i dont smell any gas whatsoever but i think this is normal for injection?maybe a sensor that can be reset? help please,thank you.
