850 fan blower replacement

The bearing on my 96 850 heater blower is going. Any tips on removal and replacement before I go into it?

It is very easy and straight foward.Remove the glove box insert.Remove the lower panel.Then remove the knee bolster(black metal thing under lower dash cover).Then there is either 4 or 5 screws holding it in.
