Greetings
I am slowly starting to put my T-5R back on the road and there is one problem which I will need help on.
Both front turns signal do not flash.
the two rear flash fast.
Both sockets have been checked with a volt meter and one of the terminals show no vots.
Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks
I tried swapping out the light switch with a used part but no luck.
Still now flashing on the front on both sides.
I also swapped the 4 way flasher relay and again no luck.
Just the rear signals are flashing.
Both fronts are not.
New bulbs, cleaned the contacts, swapped out the head light switch and flasher relay to no avail.
Just the rear signals are flashing.
Both fronts are not.
In the wiring diagram 3/6 is the hazard switch and in turn signal mode sends power through the green and red wire through connector 24/13 to 3/3 - the turn signal switch. Then for instance if you switch it to left signal, power will go through the green wire to ---- the left front bulb, either 10/15 or 24/16, (early or late 1 or 2 filament bulb style bulb holders), the warning lamp on the dash 10/95, and the left rear taillamp 10/18 on a green wire also. So - if it is flashing on the rear and dash - ts switch, hazard switch are good. Headlamp switch has nothing to do with the turn signals. The only possibility left is a problem with the front ts bulb socket (s). Do you have a flashing test light on the green wire at the left front bulb holder? Same thing on the blue and green wire on the right front bulb holder? 23/207 and 23/206 are junctions - where several wires are spliced together and bundled in the harness - they don't fail.
