Default 850 has problems, please help!!!

Hi everyone, hopefully you hys can help me with this problem. So I have a 1993 Volvo 850 with a 5 speed trans, and lately it has been giving me wierd problems, like lately there is a sputtering noise comming out of the exhaust like there's a misfire or something and the idle on It is kind of rough. But lately the cars idle has started being fluctuating and sometimes it the idle drips very low and sometimes dies. Plus when I try to accelerate, the car hesitates and won't accelerate and takes it's time and I sometimes have to step on in to make it move and correct itself, and when I release then depress the gas pedal again, it sometimes fixes itself Also when I try to start it it dies automatically and I have to rev it to turn it, and after reving it it stays on. Also at times when I depress the clutch the car also automatically dies. Ok this car has brand new MAF sensor, new plugs and wires, new distributor cap and rotor. Also the car has no check engine light on and no codes, and I disconnected the injector for cylinder #5 and had no change in idle, plus when I changed the plugs, that cylinders plug had a little but of oil in it. I don't know if that's related but I hope it's not a engine problem. I hope you guys can help me and finnaly fix this car

It might be the idle air control valve (IAC) it regulates the air to the engine at low revs.

IAC won't cause problems under acceleration. Yes, I know it has a new MAF, but pull codes, and see if a code is stored for that. And try disconnecting it, too, and see if anything changes for the better.

As for the problem with cylinder #5, do a compression check and see what comes up. I don't think that that is what's causing the instability, but it could be an upcoming issue.

So yesterday I bought a new fuel filter, (hadn't changed it kn 2 years) but when I took it off, I blew on it and it was fine, but since I bought it I put it in anyways. When I drove the car today, it was fine with no problems, but my car has a habit of fixing itself for awile, so imma keep monitoring it. As for the engine, I checked compression f and for cylinder 5 I got 0, so I'm thinking I need an engine, so I just dissconnected the injector so I won't waste, it won't harm anything right?
