Default 850 Speed 4 heater Fuse keeps Blowing

My Speed 4 heater fuse keeps blowing, sounded like a squeeky belt before it started happening. The light on my fault reader works but doesn't blink (i.e. provide me the codes), not sure if it's a related electrical problem. Any ideas? Thanks.

What he said. To check blower motor, you'll have to pull out the glove box and panel down by driver's side feet, as well as the metal part under it. It's really not that hard to get to. and i think it's only 4 or 5 screws to remove it. Good luck!
