850 Speedo kmh to mph

Hi all I have a special 850R that's been imported from Japan the Speedo is in kmh is there a converter box for these or is it nessary to change the Speedo face

I'd probably just swap in a cluster from a US model. Just take photos of the old/new odometers to document actual miles.
