Default 850 troubles, tune up advice

I looked around the forums a little bit before I asked. I may have missed what I am about to ask.. If that is the case I am sorry.

I was looking to simply tune up my 95 850 turbo. I just bought the car knowing of a missfire. and an ecv problem.

I got the codes and its missfire on 4 and 1, and ecv.

So, was wondering what is the OEM specs on alol the parts I am going to just go ahead and replace. I am also wondering if there is a really good all in one tune up kit I could simply buy online.

I plan to do the cap, plug, wires, ecv, pcv, fule filter, oil filter, replcae the injectors on 1 and 4, and just the basic stuff with that. I figure it can't hurt to go a little overboard with most of what I have mentioned. So, feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah, if you have any input, or need to knw anything to help me out I am all about it.

Thanks!

Aren't the O2 sensors pretty darn expensive? I have only every replaced them on one of my cars. Bascially I would not replace them unless they went bad. Is that wrong?

You should hold off on replacing the O2 and the injectors until you do the basic tune up. Most likely you have a spark issue on 1 and 4 that is just causing havoc with the system.

No, there's no reason to replace the O2 sensors if nothings wrong with them, he just said he was doing a tune up and asked for input, so I posted up the full stage 0 list.

Went ahead and ordered the standard OEM 850 tune up kit. I also got an OEM fuel filter, a new OEM mass air sensor (as one of the error codes came back with a fault), and egr gasket.

I guess after that it's to the shop for a timing belt, and water pump.

I will post results in a few weeks.

Thanks for the FCP Groton recommendation.. they where the cheapest by a long shot.
