Default 855 3rd row seat question - removing cushions

I have a factory installed 3rd row in one of my 850R wagons.

I want to remove it, to put a full size spare in, and remove the temptations for my kids to sit back there - they are too big to sit in the seats safely.

So, I went to the salvage yard, and got floor panels out of a black interior 850 wagon. They fit OK, but I would like to disassemble the panel with the lock, and move the matching lock to my key to the new floor panel.

The problem is, I don't see any obvious fasteners, holding the cushion to the board.

Something has to hold it in place - anybody got advice?

if all you want is your key to fit, did you look to see if there's a circular clip holding in the lock cylinder? as to removing the floor, I'm confused as to what cushion you are referring to? the side bolsters or the fold down section of the rear (2nd row) seat?

The 3rd row optional seats in the 850 wagons folds out of the cargo area.

The cushions are underneath the wooden boards and are attached to the underside.

To get to the lock assembly, the cushion is going to have to be removed from the floorboards.

If you get it out, I'll buy it from you.
