Hi, I'm new to the forum and have a question or two about my 1993 850 sedan. I did a couple of searches,with no luck. the ashtray at the front of the console is in the down position and won't stay up. Is this a common problem? Also, a couple of the wheels are starting to bubble or blister. Can they be re-finished? Are there aftermarket alternatives or wheels from other models? Thanks for any help!

 

I believe the 93 used a 4 lug system on the wheels, but not certain. You may be kind of stuck on what wheels are available. There is a place here in Columbus, OH called Wheel Medic that I have used. The ash tray is a pain in the butt when it does what you are explaining. There is a could spring that has come uncoiled and I could not figure out how to fix it. I bought a whole new unit to fix mine. Got it used off volvospeed.com when somebody was parting out a car. Think I paid $15.00 or $20.00.
