'94 850 N/T issues
Okay, had my 850 for about a year now and I have a couple issues.
1. Starting the car. Car doesnt' start right away. I turn the key hear the fuel pump kick on, turn the key and all I get is a click. I just continue the process and finally it will start, sometimes on the next turn and other times it will take 20 or 30 attempts. Solenoid? Starter? Maybe just a coincidence but I will get out the battery pack and connect and within about 30 seconds being on the pack it will start. I had the battery replaced last year, is it possible that it doesn't have enough cold cranking amps? The battery in it now has 550, which is a top tier battery from partamerica.
2. ABS makes all kinds of wonderful noises. I will just be driving down the road and it will just start buzzing. If I hit the brake it will bite real hard then stop. If my ABS light remains on it does not happen.
What to do any wonderful ideas?
Thanks in advance for the help.

On your ABS, you have a '94 and those ABS modules rarely fail. Pull codes from socket A-3 and it will tell you which wheel sensor to focus on.

There is a bunch of them on this forum as well that went bad.
I know they are usually great modules but have seen some lately going bad.

Mine also failed ('94), reporting multiple codes every time I reset it[8D].
That ATE module was a bad idea, made in, well, read the box to see where it was made (no offense, to be fair, aircraft techs from that country are excellent). Extra shipping distance (across a large body of water &a continent) wouldn't do much benefit.

RE: '94 850 N/T issues
I hate hearing that problems are cropping up on the older units. I figured out how to fix the later model ABS units from my son's '96 - they all fail -but I have not yet had to deal with the '94 short of cleaning the crud off of the wheel sensors while doing a brake job.
So far so good in my case.
The plus is the old style units go fairly cheap on eBay.
