Default 94 850 vibrating at 60

So I've had this car for a while and just dealt with the minor vibration that only happens around 60-65 mph. Since I got it I have done brand new rear rotors and pads, new tires all the way around, and an alignment. When I had it aligned the shop told me the steering gear needed to be replaced but no other real problems with the front end. (that was in November). Recently it began to rattle constantly, you can hear it when you go by a retaining wall through the window, but you cant feel the vibration until 60 -65. Where should I start?

When was the last time the tires were rotated and balanced? I do mine between 3,000 and 5,000 miles.

A few weeks ago. on the tire rotation. It shook before and after new tires. Rattle is coming from the passenger side, I'm wanting to say it is in the rear but I am not positive, sounds 'tinny' like an exhaust cover but I've checked those already and it only rattles while moving.

I thought you said that the car was shaking like the steering wheel. It is probably a finder or something along those lines. Check the finder wells and make sure all of the clips, pop rivits, etc. are there.

I tried all the fenders, brake covers, exhaust covers, brake lines. even the license plate. and all of it is pretty secure. not rattles that i can reproduce by hand.

Must be something in the suspension. Are your struts in good shape? Usually a shop will NOT align a car that needs suspension work. Maybe your steering rack is going bad.

Are the tires wearing uneavenly? If so, check the control arm bushings. I just did both sides on my dad's wagon and the noisy turns/shakiness went away, and now his tires are wearing normal too

It was the plate that covers the rotor. on the front passenger wheel. I did not replace it when I did the wheel bearing and ball joint on that side. no more tin rattle. and the shake went away.. for the most part. i am sure that i could use struts all the way around now.
