Default 94 turbo runs boggy and rough accelerate

Hi guys,
my 94 turbo just recently has wierd symptom, car was running fine till one day started up with rough idle in the morning and turned normal in 10 sec (only that day) it has got no code. Now engine runs so boggy and it revs pretty rough when hit the gas but don't have problem with idle and cold start and turbo boost the way it should be. I have changed new oil and filter, cleaned injection system, fuel filter, cleaned MAF but won't help. I'm feeling unsafe driving in this condition, engine try harder to accelerate, it feels like ur driving with lot of loads in the car. Will bad spark plugs cost this problem?
Pls recommend/ thanks

Yes, bad plugs can do this. sluggish acceleration can be caused by bad plugs or a leak in your boost path. Rough idle can be caused by bad plugs or a leak in your intake. If you have not replaced the plugs, nows the time.

You never know where a leak may turn up.

Not everything will trip the CEL, and I'll guess that the ECU was modifying combustion to a point where you’d notice a problem, but everything was well within “working parameters”.
