'95 850 steering wheel removal?
I need to replace the horn relay in the steering wheel. I have already purchased the kit. There are 2 bolts behind the steering wheel, I assume that these will remove the steering wheel, I cant see them, and I cant seem to get the right tool, bit etc up and in there, what is it? Torx?
Thanks

I am working on memory but I think they are T-25 Torx. They fit through the two slots on the back of the steering wheel.
Be sure to remove the battery cables (Radio code will be needed) and wait for a while before unhooking the airbag so that you do not set a SRS code.
Remove the right side first.

The torx driver in the toolkit that comes with the car in the trunk beside the spare wheel has that driver bit and handle to drive it. I gave it a leverage with a monkey plier on the driver to open these screws. They are really tight to open with just the screwdriver kind of handle that comes in this kit.
BTW ontopcop, I dont remember seeing any kind of relay related to horn in there. Just double check before you want to do this labour. I think the horn relay sits somewhere in the fuse box area but will rely on someone who have done it before firsthand.

The screws are a T-30. You will need a long bit though.
Then there is a 18MM bolt holding the steering wheel on. If you take the wheel off make sure you install the set screw into the contact reel or it might spin when you remove the wheel. Then if you don't reset it right it will break and set a SRS code.
