(95 GLT) Aftermarket Shift **** and boot
Hello!
I looked for a while through these forums and couldn’t find anything about aftermarket replacements so I’m here making my own post.
After watching Robert DIY’s video about it, I found out that the stick shift ***** and boots are pressed on and the rod actually doesn’t have any threading, which made me sad and scared.
I absolutely love an aesthetic feeling to a car, exterior and interior, and really want a nice shift **** and boot to compliment the paint I will be getting for the car in the future(also to fit the name of the car).
If anyone knows of a way to put threads on the rod or if there is a company that makes a new rod for the shifter to allow the aftermarket **** to go on, and a way to install an aftermarket shift boot, please help me!!!
Thank you for reading and hopefully someone can help me out here!! Cheers!
