Help, THIS DOESNT HAPPEN IN COLD WEATHER. When you run the ac or defrost, when you come to a stop the car shuts off, and doesnt want to start back. could it be the Temperature Sensors ,AC relay(cant find anyone who sales them) or power stage. RUNs FINE WITHOUT THE AIR ON.

Could be the idle control/boost problem.
If you could specify the model year of your 850, we can better help you. I do not believe it is the relay that is causing the problem, but in case if you need one:
This is blower relay and I'm not sure if there is another relay to the A/C.

I would visit an AutoZone if there is one near you and have them do a free OBD-II diagnostic. I would then post their findings on the OBD-II scanner. The OBD-II port should be located in front of the shifter, under the coin holder. If there is no AutoZone near you, other franchise parts shops may do the same service. I believe a dealer would charge $100+ just to read the codes[8D].

Since it starts back up again after it happens, I'm inclined to agree with JPN, that it is an idle control problem. Most (if not all cars) will automatically step up the idle a bit when the AC compressor kicks in to keep the engine from bogging down or stalling. As I'm sure you know, the AC compressor kicks on when the defroster turns on, so......
It would also be a good idea to see if any codes are stored just to give you more of an idea on where to start troubleshooting..
Please keep us posted
