Default AC not working. Replaced ECC and blower motor already

Hello all
My 850 '95 turbo A/C is not working at all.
First issue when it stop blowing was back in December was fixed after I replaced the blower motor assembly itself.AN ordeal in itself.
Fast foward till now, stop working. the AC is now dead again. I decided to replace the ECC with a used $40 off ebay. The culprit may be the used ECC itself is bad.
every new for these parts are $120+ it seems

I also pulled these OBD-1 codes for the AC itself on B-1 port.
1-4-1 Faulty signal from driver's side temp. selector switch
1-4-3 Faulty signal from passengers side temp. selector switch
2-1-1 drivers side damper motor position sensor open circuit shorted to 12 volts
3-2-5 recirculation damper motor position sensor open circuit shorted to 12 V
4-1-1 blower fan seized or drawing excessive current
4-1-3 no control volt at drivers interior inlet fan shorted to earth
4-1-4 driver side interior temp sensor shorted to earth
4-1-6 no control volt at passenger side interior temp sensor inlet fan

Sounds LIKE my AC is toast. Any idea from here? any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

does the AC compressor kick on at all? Do you know if it has a charge? These other faults tend to point to the ECC system's wiring or a part that is shorting - check out volvotips.com for some ideas on the fault analysis.

I hear the compressor kick on several times but no air flow. The ac air control lights on the control ***** flash several times.
It could may well be the used ECC module is just as bad and defective.
