Ac not blowing

I'm in the Caribbean and my 1995 850 turbo's ac fan isn't blowing.I hear the compressor coming on but no breeze.Neither is the AC light flashing

Could be a few things. The blower motor might be bad. The resistor might be bad. The4 climate module might be bad.
