Anyone know how to remove the alarm relay?
I was told by the service at the dealership in my area that there was an internal short in my alarm relay which is causing my Hazard lights to stay on with out blinking. Even when the car is off. Also my horn goes off every once in a while.

 

It is under the dash. You need to remove the lower dash panel to access it. But I believe the car will not start with it removed.
