Alternator to battery route
Does the Alternator Wire that eventually ends up at the battery go DIRECTLY TO the battery or does it also connect to the starter?
Just wanted to know before I crawl up under there looking for something that turns out to be a red herring.

If you are having charging issues, take the battery positive cable connector apart and clean between ALL the wires real good. They will usually help a lot for several months. You can also clean the connection at the alternator and starter.
