Now i know i close my door all the way but while im randomly driving the door chime will start going off like the door is open, how can i fix this? i figured it has to do with the wiring but did anybody else have this problem?

 

Yes other's have had the issue as well. It's likely that your door latch has gone bad. You may have to replace it.

same thing on my sedan and it was the door latch, replaced and problem solved. i hated the chime if i were sitting inside with the door open so i eventually removed the chime and threw it in the trash.
