So in my '94 turbo wagon I had a ECC unit fry/smoke a couple of capacitors so I picked up a couple of used ones off e-bay. Both have the same symptom not blowing any air when the car is running... turn the car off, turn on key (w/o) motor running and it blows.. Pullled a 413 code and the driver side air sensor fan seems to turn, but I can't get rid of the code. The blower motor doesn't seem to blow really hard on high either, but it does work.
Any thoughts or direction?
The AUT setting worked fine before the smoke show.
