Tranny going or contaminate. Only thing you can do is flush it and cross your fingers.

l changed the fluid to mobil 1 weeks ago.it shifts perfectly and kicks in as soon as u put it to drive.l sometimes dont even feel it shift cuz its very smooth.but when its warm it kicks harshly when l put it into reverse.

Have you replaced the transmission torque mount lately? I think the tranny shifts slower when it's cold. My 850 T-5R was doing that UNTIL I replaced the fluid. Also, I started making sure the motor RPM's were stable before shifting.

Usually you can feel it when it shifts to 2nd and 3rd. I had success when I changed the fluid and made sure the rpm's were stable. I already had a new tranny mount so I knew that wasn't the problem.

I might have one that you can try if you'd like. On 2nd thought, I don't. Installed them in the sedan I had and the S70 GLT. I only have the hard poly bushings that go in the iPd mount.
