driver side rear door won't open from the inside. i've toggled the child safety switch. no luck.

passenger side rear door won't unlock. with remote it pops up, then pops right back down. manually it won't stay up or open when i try to hold the lock up. won't open from inside or outside.

anyone?

 

sounds like something is going on with the internal door lock and or solenoid

since this board was so much help with my issue here's a good video that helped me fix both rear doors. one door wouldn't open from the inside, the other door wouldn't open at all (which certainly made it harder to get the door panel off!)
