the blower motor is now stuck on high even when I turn the car off the fan stays on.... I have replaced the ecc with one from the junkyard and the relay and the power supply/resistor (it has the heat sink cooling fins on the back) I am at a loss.... to start when I first installed these parts nothing happened, and then it would start to work just when I turned the car on then the fan would stop, now it is on high with the car on or off.... I can not control anything with the ecc so I put the old one back in still no joy at all.... I want to put my dash back together soon I need some help......
