Brake Hose Spring Clip Removal
How do I remove this spring clip from the brake hose? I can’t find any information about how to do it, and I can’t find them for sale – so I’m not going to risk breaking them.
I assume that the flexible hose connector is running through the bracket and that the bracket has a hex-shaped hole in it to keep the hose from twisting loose – right?

The clip just holds the flex line taught against the steel bracket. You would have to disassemble to remove the clip, by unthreading the flare nut (on the hard steel line) from the flex (rubber) line.
