Default Brake problem plus A3 codes

I have been trying to solve this brake problem for awhile now.
I have replaced most everything on the front end (Koni Yellows, IPD HD Spring mounts, OEM strut mounts, OEM control arms, inner and outer tie rods, driver's side CV axle, new rotors, new pads, new brake hoses, Rebuilt calipers).
My problem is I warp rotors after awhile and I get shuttering during stopping, it starts out very small with new rotors and gets progressively worse after a few thousand miles (4-5k).
I am out of ideas, please help as it should not be something to difficult (or so I thought).
My A3 (ABS) codes pulled tonight -
312 - Right front wheel sensor open or shorted
213 - No left rear wheel signal on moving off
214 - No right rear wheel signal on moving off
141 - Petal signal faulty - shorted to ground
142 - Stop lamp switch faulty
122 - right front faulty signal or vehicle under 25 mph

Any ideas on what is causing me to warp rotors after a few thousand miles (4-5k)???

I thought wheel bearings, but they feel fine.
Car is a 1995 855 turbo, 211k miles on the odometer....

The codes you mentioned will likely keep your ABS from working, but that should have nothing to do with your rotors warping.

I have the same rotor problem on my 850; replaced rotors and pads with parts from IPD a couple of years ago; front rotors have been warped and getting progressively worse for last 6-9 months or so.

I have just attributed it to possible faulty rotors, not enough break-in time, or because I just like to dive as hard as I can into corners before jumping on the brakes! Anyway, I will be shopping new front rotors soon too...

Default Brake rotors

So do you think I just have purchased some cheap or bad front rotors?
I did go to the local parts store and get them, they are not OEM, Brembo, Zimmerman....

Is this my issue?

Are you guys sure they are warped? A lot of times, the rotors get pad buildup on them and will make the car shake like they are warped. This seems to happen a lot on the 850s and the like because the rotors seem to be to small under heavy braking.

Interesting, never heard of that. So how do take care of that? Never had any luck turning rotors on euro cars...

I had all those codes and the pedal sensor was the culprit. I found a "how to" on repairing it and found the broken solder joints inside. If you are not real good at soldering and such I suggest buying a new one. FCP might be able to get it and I know that you can get it here

As for the rotors, ONLY USE GENUINE VOLVO rotors! and either VOLVO pads or Akebono Ceramic. Get em' at FCP best price!

Do you remember where the write-up is?
