Default Brakes freeze?

I own a 87 740 and my friend owns an 850. last year we went on a ski trip and my other friends brakes froze (84 saab 900). This year there is one garage spot and we were wondering which car would be better left out in the cold (around -10 celcius/14 farenheit). PS my brakes are the bendix ones with the pins not the wire. no idea about his. also does either car has an engine block heater? thanx guys

I think the 850 will be better only because it is a little newer.
None of them have a block heater unless it was ordered new with one.
