well it is sort of a volvo question ,i am looking at a cd changer for my car its in the good old usa . the person selling it has no problems posting it to me in the uk i have no problems paying for it ,so whats the question ,will i have to pay any import or costoms duty on it. only ever bought a key ring from the usa before .

Do you pay import and customs duties on gifts sent to you? I think it should be pretty easy to get around import fees.

 

just have the sender mark the package as a GIFT on the customs form. I do this all the time for shipping items across borders and it works flawlessly
