<P class=Msonormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">Can anyone help me with this problem?<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>I have fitted a pair of Ring, iceblue halogen driving lamps to my car a Volvo 850 2.5 10 valve.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>I have wired them up as per instruction using the supplied relay and taken one lead to the dip beam supply at the head lamp <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"></SPAN>another to the battery one to earth and finally one to the lamps themselves.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The lamps are earthed.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>

<P class=Msonormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-GB style="mso-ansi-language: EN-GB"><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman">The problem is that when I switch on the ignition, “with or without the engine running” and with the main lights off, the relay buzzes.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>As soon as I switch the lights on the buzzing stops and the driving lamps come on.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The first relay, “supplied with the lamps” buzzed very loudly, I replaced it with another, this also buzzed but not as loudly.<o></o></FONT></FONT></SPAN></P>
