I have a 94 850 non turbo and 3 days ago i blew it up ( connecting rod out the side of the block) ..... **** happends!. I recently got a 2000 c70 turbo (crached ) but the motor is in excelent shape. how hard is it going to be to transplant that c70 motor in my 850.... the c70 is OBD2 and the 850 is OBD1 .... is the dash going to pulg right up or am i gona have to modify the heck out of the harness?

I have not idea. But maybe you can try to trade that c70 motor for a 850 motor. Check this thread to see if you get any ideas: https://volvoforums.com/forum/volvo-850-16/yellow-dead-but-now-alive-45051/

That is going to be a very, very hard swap. The 2000 C70 has electronic throttle and uses coil packs on check cylinder. Your 850 motor uses the old cable style throttle and a distributor. Also, your car has EGR and the C70 engine does not. I could go on.
Anyway, the best thing to do would be to sell or trade the c70 motor for a good 94 850 motor.
