a/c doesnt turn off
ok one day last year in december I let my mother drive my car she comesback and say that the a/c wont turn off. The only way it turns off if you take out the fuse for the cooling fan #4. I think its a bad relay

OK, if you think it's the relay, see attached files. Please note, that I'll delete them within the next 7 days so be quick to save them in your PC. In this case, I too assume the relay is probably stuck closed.
Many recent cars also turn on the AC when the blower outlet selector is at "Defrost", which annoys me.
I hope you can locate the problem.
