Default Change Trunk Brake Light?

My 1993 Volvo 850 GLT has two brake lights attached to the trunk (the part that lifts up). One bulb is out and I'd like to change it but I can't figure out how and the manual doesn't seem to say how either. I've changed the lights inside the trunk easily but I can't tell how you access the bulbs on this part of the trunk. Any suggestions?

That works for the six tail light bulbs, but these bulbs are on the upper part of the trunk that lifts up and they appear to be blocked by a the hard white shell even after you remove the liner.

If it helps, you could see in this picture what I'm talking about. I'm referring to the lights closest to the license plate.

There are torx screws that hold the lens on - the angle is a bit odd from the bottom and as I recall there are three of them. Remove the torx screws and the lens will come off giving you access to the lamps.

It is plug and play from there.
