Thank God everyone was fine.
If you look closely at the closeup pick of the trunk you will see an Impression of the Navigator grill.

Looks to me like the 850 was shunted into the back of the car infront. I did the same thing almost a year ago (18th october 05), wasn't paying enough attention to the road (looking at who was pulled over in the bus stop) and the traffic stopped, I didn't. I hit an astra and pushed it into a pickup.

Tech: Any idea on the cost of repairs and the state of the car at fault?

The car is a total loss.
Yes the Navigator was at fault.
The 850 was Dead stopped the Navigator hit the 850 and pushed it into 2 more cars.
