cleaning oil pcv system w/out intake removal
The intake comes off pretty easy if you want to pull the box and clean
it out completely, however the biggest clog issue tends to be the
filter which can be pulled with the intake in place. There is a plastic
piece with a small and large hose coming off it, with some tugging and a
little maneuvering it pulls out, pull of the large and small hose and
make sure they're clean, the filter will be there when you pull the large
hose off, make sure it is clean. Do it in 15 minutes and no tools and can
save a lot of expense down the
road.
THIS IS A VOLVO MECH advice.
IM going to check all the lines like tech said to,but is there a filter like this mechanic is saying?

Yes... It's called the flame trap.
Although if I remember correctly Turbo's don't have a flame trap; however, they still have the rest of the PCV system
